Pasley Island Discovery
The Pasley Island group is a beautiful archipelago of eight islands tucked between Bowen and the Sunshine Coast. The kayaking here is arguably the nicest day trip in the Lower Mainland. A 15-minute shuttle lands you on the west side of Bowen Island where we prepare to launch from Tunstall Bay Beach. During the full day tour, we weave in and out of the Pasleys, paddling among seals and watching the bald eagles soar overhead. We’ll take a lunch break on a beach where you can swim or simply take in the surrounding beauty.
This kayaking tour is a totally unforgettable day out and should be part of your west coast itinerary.
Prior paddling experience is highly recommended for full day tours. Children should be age 13+.
Two person minimum, $205 + GST each includes shuttle. Advance reservations are required.
This tour is suitable for adults and teens ages 13+. We recommend that everyone have some basic kayaking experience as it will be a full day of activity.
We start with on-land instruction to ensure that you are comfortable and confident before launching your kayak. Our paddler to guide ratio is 6:1 ensuring your safety on and off the water. Your guide will be happy to share some paddling tips to ensure you have the best trip possible and they are always on the lookout for amazing wildlife to enjoy with you.
We launch directly from the beach at Tunstall Bay. Your guide will help set up your boat and ensure you are sitting comfortably before departing.
If you require a ride to Tunstall Bay we will meet at the shop in Snug Cove and shuttle you there.
